HISTORY
In November 2015, some of our alumni met at the UW Veterans Day Ceremony and discussed the importance of reconnecting alumni with the ROTC program. After almost a year of hard work, the official alumni association of UW Army ROTC was established in June 2016 as The Kinnear Husky Battalion (KHB) Legacy Foundation. The foundation is dedicated to providing assistance and support for the UW Army ROTC Program. The foundation is proudly named after the UW Army ROTC battalion, which honors Civil War Veteran and first Professor of Military Science, Captain George Kinnear and his son, Cadet Captain Charles Kinnear.
